- Each unit owner in good standing with the Association is issued one (1) overflow parking pass on an annual basis.

- Display your parking pass on the dashboard of the vehicle when using the overflow parking area.

​

- The dumpsters are emptied each week on Wednesday.  DO NOT park in the overflow parking area from 8 PM Tuesday night through 10 AM on Wednesday.  If your vehicle is blocking the dumpsters when the truck arrives, it will be immediately towed at the owners expense.

- Vehicles not displaying a valid parking pass will be immediately towed at the owners expense.
