The Harbor at Whitten and Dustin Condominium Association 2020 Annual Meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 30, 2020.   For this year, the Board has decided to hold an on-line Annual Meeting rather than an in-person meeting.  

​

To facilitate as much participation as possible, the Board will prepare the Annual Report and mail copies to all owners of record in advance. We will also post the Annual Report on our website prior to the meeting as a backup for any owner who does not receive their copy of the report before the meeting.

 

We will use GoToMeeting as the on-line forum. This forum supports over 100 participants and provides both audio and visual access. The meeting information can be found below. If you know of an owner who does not have an email, please share this information.

 

We will keep the agenda limited, due to this less interactive format, focusing on …

• Accomplishments for the prior year.

• Proposed budget for next year. 

• Election of Board members.
